Visit The Latest Line to read an article on this. http://www.tullworld.com/latest/index.htm#Hyundai He's not selling out... the fact that Ian actually played this material himself is a good thing. At least he didn't let some corporate giant massacre a Tull song. So many companies have done things like change lyrics and get a bunch of session musicians to interpret what was one a fine song... that's not the case here. Tull fans should be happy to be able to hear TAAB on a commercial. The fact that it is a Hyundai commercial is not a bad thing either. In case you didn't notice, that car company has been praised lately for making some excellent cars. They currently have one of the top 3 rated small cars on the U.S. market, beating VW, Toyota, and tying with the Civic... and the #1 SUV in consumer satisfaction ratings. Not only that, but they are the only car company to be nearly exponentially increasing sales, while every other manufacturer has been declining. It's nice to know that this now up and coming company has chosen such a great song to represent it's new face. Sorry for the Hyundai lesson, but it had to be said. Support Ian and your favorite band, don't rack on them, and don't be so thick.
