DVD and Live CD Release Dates

New Live CD "Living With The Past", Track Listing and Contest

More Tour Dates Added After Summer Tour

DVD and Live CD Release Dates Are Here!
The newest efforts from Jethro Tull will be hitting the shelves in the coming months. Unfortunately, neither the CD or the DVD will be released on the originally scheduled date of April 24. The live CD will be released on April 30, just a few days after the beginning of the U.S. Tour.  Complications with the DVD production and marketing have pushed it's date back even more. The DVD features a recent Hammersmith Performance, '68 Reunion footage shot in the U.K. just months ago, and even a few tracks filmed with a string quartet! It will be released on May 14.

"Living With The Past" Details
The upcoming live CD release includes tracks recorded throughout Europe in the 80's 90's and up to the recent Hammersmith recordings last year. I bet you would also like to know what tracks will be on the CD... well, here they are: My Sunday Feeling, Roots to Branches, Jack in the Green, The Habanero, Reel, Sweet Dream, In the Grip of Stronger Stuff, Aqualung, Locomotive Breath, Living in the Past, Protect and Survive, Nothing is Easy, Wond'ring Aloud, Life is a Long Song, A Christmas Song, Cheap Day Return, Mother Goose, Dot Com, Fat Man, Some Day the Sun Won't Shine for You, and of course Cheerio.

A website has also been put up with preview tracks and a contest to win tons of great Tull gear! Prizes include signed copies of Living With the Past and Secret Language of Birds, Living With The Past, Secret Language of Birds and Dot Com posters, and copies of Scott Allen Nollen's new book "Jethro Tull : A History of the Band, 1968-2001". More Tour Dates Added After Summer Tour
Yes, you read correctly... there will be MORE tour dates in the U.S. (one in Canada) during August 2002. For those of you that e-mailed me expressing distress that Tull will not be in your neighborhood, well you now have a second lease on life, and another shot at seeing them this time around! The good news (for you) is that the tour will be concentrated heavily in areas where I have gotten numerous e-mails from, so there should be plenty of happy concert-goers. To check out the latest dates, visit the tour date page on Tullworld.com. http://www.tullworld.com/tour/

And to our many many readers outside of the U.S., don't worry, Tull has expressed the want to do plenty more tours outside of the U.S. and into countries that rarely get to see them perform live. No details yet, as the tours have not been planned out, but look out for more information in the Tullworld Latest Line Newsletter!
